Many suspicious owners make secret visits to get rid of their unwanted dogs near his home. So the 86-year-old turned his 13-acre home into a sanctuary for these frightened and abandoned dogs.
When the 86-year-old retiree moved to the suburbs of Fort Worth, Texas, several unscrupulous owners made a surprise visit to get rid of their unwanted dogs. So, he turned his 13-acre home into a safe haven for these terrified and abandoned dogs. Over time, these animals became his family, and one of the main reasons for his retirement was to have fun!
Eugene's Dogs inspired the unusual concept of a doggy train. He went to work after seeing that his dogs are always happiest when they are together. He cut holes in the plastic barrels and attached the wheels before attaching them to a mini tractor, giving his dogs the ride of their lives!
Eugene and his train piqued the interest of local dogs. Their parental form takes them on long walks twice a week, during which they feel ecstatic!
Every time they board the train, they turn into dogs wagging their tails with shining eyes as Eugene whisks them away through the forests and isolated areas of the city. Their favorite sounds and sights are when they can smell the air and feel the sun! They have the biggest smiles on their faces as they watch life go by!
Eugene finds great satisfaction and meaning in his life by rescuing these dogs, and more of them appear in the abandoned area on occasion. Not only does Eugene accept them into his house, but he also ensures that there is enough room on the train for everyone by adding another roller car!
