Each shelter has at least one dog that stands out from the rest, although staff encounter a large number of dogs while working there.
Beautiful Matilda has been accepted into the Douglas County Animal Shelter. Because Matilda was usually upbeat and enthusiastic, staff at the shelter immediately noticed that she had unusual behavior. Once Matilda arrived at the shelter, she was adopted.
But despite all those difficulties, she never lost her positive outlook on life and never stopped wagging her tail.
A volunteer named Santina Sanders told the Dodo that the woman in question gave "the most amazing kisses." She was the most beautiful thing that had ever existed, according to someone.
Another animal rescue organization that fell in love with this adorable pup is Pibbles & More Animal Rescue because of how well she interacts with other animals. Sanders wasn't the only one who noticed Matilda's kind actions.
The pup was clearly so happy when the dog's father arrived to pick her up that she didn't stop wagging her tail for the entire hour and a half.
Although Matilda was a friendly dog, she particularly hated collars. She stopped wagging her tail when Rich, her foster father, tried to put a collar on her, which was a clear sign that she didn't like the collar.
However, the adorable dog is thrilled about everything else in her new home besides the collar.
She enjoys playing with her toys, spending time with her foster siblings, and helping her human brother with his homework. She often visits her human brother at home to help him with his duties.
